What size does BORA offer?

Where is BORA made?

BORA pieces are crafted with premium fabrics sourced and made in Brazil, known for high-quality stretch materials and flattering, body-contouring construction.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing.
International shipping can take 7–21 business days, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties or customs fees required by their country.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To be accepted:

  • Items must be unworn

  • Items must be unwashed

  • All tags must still be attached

  • Items must be in original condition

Any item returned worn, damaged, or without tags will not be accepted.

Are swimwear and bodysuits returnable?

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear and bodysuits must be returned unworn and with original liners and tags attached to be eligible for return.

How do I start a return?

To request a return, please email support@boraclothing.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

We recommend placing a new order for the desired item once your return has been approved and processed to ensure fastest delivery.
